CEC staff have a wide range of skills and expertise relating to the environmental and sustainability agendas. including resource and waste management, carbon management, data analysis, planning and wider sustainability agenda.
In delivering the Remade programme we are able to utilise these skills, embedded knowledge and couple them with sound academic knowledge and reponsible practical experience, enabling us to carry out valuable research and support to LAs, the Scottish Government and other stakeholders.

Biog: Jim as Director of the Caledonian Envirnment Centre is responsbile for the overall direction and development of the Remade programme. He provides support to the Scottish Government and was a member of the Zero Waste Think Tank.
He is particularly interested in the development of modelling tools for Local Authorites in terms of recycling performance, financial requirements and LAS targets

Biog: Colin is Project Manager at CEC and is responsible for the management and delivery of the Remade Programme.
He is a former Director with RAGS (the Recycling Advisory Group for Scotland) and is currently a steering group member of the Remade UK Network.
